Numerous other organisations offer services and training for arbitration and ADR in Switzerland

The Research Centre on Alternative and Judicial Dispute Resolution Methods (centre de recherche sur les modes amiables et juridictionnels de gestion des conflits – cemaj) of the University of Neuchâtel regularly organises seminars and conferences on arbitration and ADR-related topics.

The Center for International Dispute Settlement (CIDS) is a joint academic center of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and the University of Geneva. Its mission is to explore, understand, and inform about international dispute settlement. Its flagship programme is the one-year Geneva LL.M. of Advanced Studies in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS)

The Foundation for International Arbitration Advocacy (FIAA) with its seat in Geneva is dedicated to providing advocacy training specifically designed for international arbitration.

ICC Switzerland is the Swiss organisation of the International Chamber of Commerce. It regularly holds arbitration and ADR-related events and supports arbitration in general.

The Institute for Global Negotiation (IGN) is a non-profit association dedicated to improving the understanding of the nature and processes of global negotiation among students, academics, and practitioners. To achieve its mission the IGN initiates research projects, organises trainings and offers consultancy services in the field of global negotiation.

The Swiss Chamber of Commercial Mediation (SCCM) helps companies, individuals, states and dispute resolution organisations to prevent and resolve commercial disputes in a collaborative and efficient way. It offers a pool of skilled and experienced commercial mediators for domestic and international matters.

Swiss International Experts (SIE) is a platform providing information on Swiss experts in consulting engineering who offer knowledge regarding international contexts, FIDIC contracts and dispute resolution between parties.

The database provided by SIE consists of two lists:
– The FIDIC Swiss National List of Adjudicators refers to experts dealing with FIDIC contracts and dispute resolution between parties.
– The Swiss National List of Neutral Experts refers to experts offering expert knowledge in international contexts.

Swiss International Experts is a collaborative initiative of the Swiss Association of Consulting Engineers (usic) and the Swiss Chamber of Technical and Scientific Forensic Experts (SCFE).

The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne is an independent institution specialized in the settlement of sports-related disputes worldwide.
CAS is governed by the International Council of Arbitration for Sport (ICAS).

The WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center offers time- and cost-efficient alternative dispute resolution options, such as mediation, arbitration, expedited arbitration, and expert determination with a special emphasis on IP and technology disputes. The WIPO Center is also the global leader in the provision of domain name dispute resolution services under the WIPO-designed UDRP.
