Swiss Arbitration Centre: New Court members as of January 2025
The Swiss Arbitration Centre is delighted to announce that its Board of Directors has appointed Martin Aebi, Counsel at Lenz & Staehelin, Zurich, Sae Youn Kim, Attorney at Kim & Chang, Seoul, and Oliver Mosimann, Partner at Kellerhals Carrard, Basel, as new members of the Arbitration Court as of 1 January 2025.

At the same time, the Board of Directors thanks Harold Frey, Partner at Lenz & Staehelin, Zurich, and Andrea Meier, Partner at Walder Wyss, Zurich, whose terms as Court members have come to an end, for their highly valuable and much appreciated support over the years.
The Arbitration Court currently comprises 28 leading arbitration practitioners. With the new appointments, the Board of Directors continues to increase its international representation in Asia to reflect the growing international case load from this region.
At this occasion, the Swiss Arbitration Centre is pleased to announce that it has registered 100 new cases in 2024, consolidating a robust number of disputes similar to the previous years.
