The SAA Practitioners Course

The SAA Practitioner’s Course by the Swiss Arbitration Academy offers a unique opportunity for professionals to deepen their understanding of international commercial arbitration through a comprehensive postgraduate program. Running from November 2024 to April 2025, this course features three intensive modules designed to blend practical skills with academic insights.

• Module 2: November 14-18, 2024 (Online)
• Module 3: February 6-10, 2025 (In-person in Zurich, Switzerland)
• Module 4: April 10-14, 2025 (Online)

Participants will engage in pleading training with mock cases, role plays, and dynamic discussions on cutting-edge arbitration topics. Those who successfully complete the course will receive the Arbitration Practitioner Diploma (ArbP) from the SAA, empowering them with essential skills for navigating complex arbitration scenarios. With flexible scheduling tailored for working professionals, attendees can choose to participate in any order over multiple years.
