Summary:

The 11th Asia-Pacific ADR Conference (“ADR Conference”) is the main flagship event of the Seoul ADR Festival 2022, an arbitration week event held in Seoul.

The ADR Conference will be co-hosted by UNCITRAL, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Korea, KCAB INTERNATIONAL, the International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”), and the Seoul International Dispute Resolution Center.

Last year, 15,651 participants from over 60 countries found the ADR Conference a forum to share their expertise and experience in international ADR practice.

Following the last year’s success, updates on arbitration institutions, arbitration practice, ISDS, and various industry sectors will be discussed by renowned speakers.
