Swiss Arbitration goes VisMoot - Practitioners’ Seminar on “Insolvency and Arbitration”

Our Swiss Arbitration Ambassadors for Austria, Florian Haugeneder and Werner Jahnel, are organising a seminar for practitioners on “Insolvency and Arbitration” on Saturday 12 April 2025 from 15:00 – 17:30 at the Sky Lounge in Vienna, Austria.

This seminar will delve into the increasingly important intersection of insolvency and arbitration. It will address key legal and practical issues that arise when insolvency cases meet arbitration proceedings. Drawing on real-world case examples, our expert speakers will explore the challenges insolvency presents in arbitration and look at future developments in this crucial area of law.
