An introduction to the Swiss Arbitration Centre and the revised Swiss Arbitration Rules: new features of time-tested solutions – and how they can serve Turkish businesses.

After implementing a major innovation that won the 2022 Global Arbitration Review award for “arbitral institution that impressed”, the Swiss Arbitration Centre has the pleasure of inviting you to a conference on its new organisation and updated rules of arbitration, with a particular focus on features that are of interest to users in Turkey. The conference is aimed at attorneys, lawyers, in-house counsel and other representatives of Turkish and Swiss companies active in Turkey and will be held in an interactive format allowing an exchange between the panelists and the audience.
