Solidarity Arbitration and Mediation Days

The SAMD Conference, taking place in Warsaw on 24-25 October 2024, brings together the global arbitration and mediation community to express solidarity with those affected by the war in Ukraine. The event emphasizes the importance of justice and accountability in conflict resolution, while supporting peaceful dispute resolution through international mechanisms.

All proceeds will be donated to the SAMD Scholarship Fund.

Conducted in a hybrid format, the conference will be in English, with simultaneous translations available in Ukrainian and Polish. Registration is open!

Registration Fees:

• Early-Bird Regular Registration (until 15 September 2024) – 90 EUR + 23% VAT = 110.70 EUR
• Regular Registration – 120 EUR + 23% VAT = 147.60 EUR
• Voluntary Special SAMD Rate – 250 EUR + 23% VAT = 307.50 EUR
• Special Rates: Local Practitioners (40 places) and Discounted Countries** (50 places) – 70 EUR + 23% VAT = 86.10 EUR
• Full-time Academics, Public Lawyers, and In-House Counsel – 60 EUR + 23% VAT = 73.80 EUR
• Students – 10 EUR + 23% VAT = 12.30 EUR

• Judges – Free

Additional Charge:

• Conference Cocktail (24 October 2024, 7:00 PM) – 100 EUR + 23% VAT = 123 EUR
