Geneva International Legal Week (GILW2025)
The Swiss Arbitration Association is proud to partner with Geneva International Legal Week 2025, taking place from 10–12 March. Organised by the Geneva International Legal Association (GILA) which aims to unite legal and business communities to promote Geneva as an international capital of law. GILA seeks to enhance the recognition of legal services as a factor in social development and economic competitiveness.
The conference will feature high-level discussions, expert-led panels, and exclusive networking opportunities. Korinna von Trotha, Executive Director of the Swiss Arbitration Centre, will join a distinguished panel to share insights on arbitration and dispute resolution from an institutional perspective.

This session will examine alternative dispute resolution strategies through practical case studies in construction, commercial contracts, innovation, and intellectual property disputes. The panel will explore mediation, early neutral evaluation, arbitration, and dispute boards, focusing on user-driven solutions that emphasize cost-efficiency, speed, relationship preservation, and enforceability—especially in cross-border contexts.
