DIS40 Autumn Conference

The Berlin Dispute Resolution Days, taking place from 9 – 12 September 2024 is set to be the largest ever, featuring a record number of events over four days.

As part of the series, the DIS40 Autumn Conference on 11 September 2024, from 14:45 to 16:45, will showcase an interactive live-demo on Commercial Mediation at the Quadriga Forum, Berlin. The session, themed “Managing Commercial Disputes: The ADR Toolbox Beyond Arbitration,” will explore the critical role of negotiation and mediation in complex disputes.

Corina Bölsterli, a member of the mediation advisory council , alongside SCCM project leader Julia Jung, will lead the live-demo, offering a dynamic and practical demonstration of mediation in action. They will be joined by experienced dispute resolution practitioners João Vitor Costa, Hannah Eckhoff, Nicole Krug, and Ivan Petrov, who will contribute to this engaging format developed in partnership with the Swiss Chamber for Commercial Mediation and the Swiss Arbitration Association.
