"Document Production Reloaded: Hands-on Ansätze für die Praxis"

ASA Local Group Zurich, co-chaired by Harold Frey, invites you to an insightful discussion on “Document Production Reloaded: Hands-on Approaches for Practice,” on Tuesday 18 March from 17:30 onwards at the Lenz & Staehelin offices in Zurich.

Document production remains a key challenge in arbitration, with many practical questions left unanswered by the IBA Rules and other regulations. This session will take a hands-on approach to addressing recurring issues, focusing on efficiency and best practices. The discussion will cover:

• Timing and detailing of document production rules
• Defining and reviewing search criteria
• Utilising AI-powered search tools
• Managing confidentiality and excessive redaction

The session will be moderated by Niklaus Zaugg (CMS) and James Menz (rothorn legal), who will guide participants through real-world scenarios and practical solutions.

The event will be conducted in German and will be followed by a networking aperitif.
