ASA Local Group Vaud

The ASA Local Group Vaud is pleased to invite you to an engaging session on Arbitration and Human Rights, presented by renowned expert Prof. Sébastian Besson (Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler). The event will take place on Wednesday, 6 November 2024, from 17:30 to 19:30 at the OAV Conference Room in Lausanne. Prof. Besson will explore the intersection of arbitration and human rights, shedding light on the growing importance of human rights considerations in arbitration proceedings.

The presentation will be followed by an interactive discussion moderated by co-chairs Dr. Elza Reymond-Eniaeva (Sedlex Avocats), Pierre Muller (Arbitrator, mediator, and conciliator), and Dr. Luc Pittet (Walder Wyss Attorneys), allowing participants to engage directly with the speakers on the topic. The session will conclude with a networking aperitif, offering a valuable opportunity to connect with peers from the arbitration community. There will be a networking apéro after the session!
