ASA Local Group Geneva

On Tuesday, 26 November 2024, ASA Local Group Geneva will host a session at the Chambre de Commerce, d’Industrie et des Services de Genève from 17:30 to 20:00. The event will begin with a brief overview of recent Federal Court rulings on international arbitration, presented by Sumin Jo from Bonnard Lawson. This will be followed by a “Carte Blanche” session led by Pierre-Yves Tschanz, a leading arbitration expert, who will share his insights based on his extensive experience as both counsel and arbitrator. The session will conclude with an open discussion, where participants can share their experiences and ask questions.

An informal aperitif will be held after the session, offering a chance to network.
