Summary:  The topic is “Anti-suit and anti-arbitration injunctions”.

After a brief introduction, the topic will be moderated by :

• Vanessa Alarcon Duvanel, Counsel, King & Spalding
• Sebastiano Nessi, Partner, Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle

The session will start with a brief summary of the recent case law of the Swiss Federal Supreme Court on international arbitration, presented by Roxane Allot, associate at Walder Wyss in Geneva. The presentations will be followed by a general discussion during which members of the Group will be able to share their experience and ask questions.

An aperitif will be held after the session on the CCIG premises.
