Summary:  This novel format of an Alternative Dispute Resolution will be one of its kind, in that it focuses on real-life simulations of deal negotiations, a relevant skill to nurture in the growing corporate legal profession.

The Competition will host student teams from all around the world, allowing participants a rare opportunity to interact and network with each other in a truly multicultural setting. Students will showcase their negotiation skills in a non-contentious environment and develop their commercial understanding. Commensurate with its scale, the Competition will be assessed by distinguished legal practitioners with extensive experience with commercial negotiation and ADR. Thus, it will also provide practitioners with the opportunity to network with other eminent personnel in the industry.
