2024 Geneva Summit

“Annual Review and Preview on Commerical Dispute Resolution in China” is the first series of reports in China, organised and intitiated by an arbitration institution, to explore the latest development of dispute resolution in China. Since 2013, the BAC/BIAC has also organised correlated Annual Summits in international arbitration hubs in Europe, North America and Asia, prviding a platform for insightful dialogue between domestic and foreign professionals as well as a window for international practitioners to understand the forefront of dispute resolution in China.

The 2024 Geneva Summit will be co-hosted by BAC/BIAC and ASA. While releasing the 2024 edition of Annual Review and feature various sessions focused on Arbitration, Mediation, International Trade, Investment and Intellectual Property, Construction and Energy. An excellent opportunity to explore the forefront of Chinese commercial legal practices and engage in enriching dialogues with leading industry experts.
