12th China Arbitration Week

CIETAC will host the 12th China Arbitration Week from September 23 to 29, 2024. This prestigious annual event is the most influential in the field of international arbitration in China, drawing the attention of millions worldwide.

A highlight of the week is the China Arbitration Summit 2024, which will take place on September 26 in Beijing. Co-organized by CIETAC, UNCITRAL, IFCAI, and the All China Lawyers’ Association (ACLA), this summit is the largest and most high-profile conference in China’s arbitration community.

Last year’s summit attracted over 500 representatives from 25 countries and regions, with more than 4.12 million people from 145 countries and regions watching the live stream. This year’s theme is “International Arbitration Transcending Eras.”
