Arbitration Toolbox by ASA
The perfect training tool to familiarise users and practitioners with the key features of the arbitral process

The Arbitration Toolbox is designed to assist arbitration practitioners in the organisation and conduct of arbitration proceedings. The aim of the Arbitration Toolbox is to emphasise the flexibility of the arbitration process and provide practical advice on the different steps of an arbitration. The Arbitration Toolbox therefore emphasizes the diversity of arbitral proceedings and provides guidance on which approach is advisable in a given situation.

The Arbitration Toolbox guides you through the arbitration process with the help of a questionnaire. The questionnaire will alert you to the issues one needs to consider as a user of arbitration or arbitrator and flag strategic decisions to take and steps to complete.

You can find explanatory texts, practical tips and sample documents for download. Take inspiration from sample procedural rules and orders, template agendas and many more documents drafted by experienced practitioners.
