The Winter Academy 2023 is dedicated to combine practical classes with general fundamental courses on arbitration. The schedule is built around courses on human rights in international arbitration, its interplay with state courts and other methods of dispute resolution, the special features of arbitration across the globe, etc. Particular attention will be given to the counsel’s skills and the role of arbitral tribunals and their secretaries. The participation in the Winter Academy is free of charge. Deadline for applications: 15 December 2022.
