The MIDS Alumni Association will hold its 2nd Annual Event, on 18 November 2022, at the Geneva Graduate Institute.

The Event will revolve around three main topics: good faith in the interpretation of contracts and in the conduct of arbitral proceedings; the potential international liability of a State with respect to environmental, social, and governance measures; and the question of whether and to what extent technology will render the role of counsel and arbitrators obsolete.

Together with the MIDS Alumni Association Executive Committee, we invite you to take part in these interesting debates, be it in-person in Geneva or online! Students, professors, as well as seasoned arbitration practitioners are all welcome. Attendance is free of charge, but registration is required.
