“Clash of Cultures? Civil and Common law traditions in international arbitration“

The conference this year has three co-chairs scheduled to appear: Mr. Dietmar Prager from Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York, Mr. Mohamed Shelbaya from Gaillard, Banifatemi & Shelbaya Disputes in Paris, and Dr. Claudia Annacker from Dechert in Paris. In addition, the conference will consist of panel discussions featuring other prominent scholars and practitioners from around the globe.

The entire conference will be held via Zoom.
