SCCM Mediation Congress 2025
The culture of negotiation is fundamentally changing!
In the global competition between nations, values that were thought to be secure are being called into question. We are seeing increasing tensions and contradictions. Is a new culture of negotiation now also taking hold in business? How is it possible to remain co-operative in competitive situations and conflicts?
Prominent speakers will try to find answers to these questions during keynote speeches and workshops and at the same time familiarise the participants with the important techniques required; A ‘must’ for all those professionally involved in conflict management and mediation.
The conference will be opened by Ambassador Tim Enderlin, Head of Peace and Human Rights Division at the State Secretariat of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA). The other speakers are:
- Pascale Baeriswyl
- George Kohlrieser
