The Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court - CIETAC Chinese (Mainland) National Rounds (Moot Court)

The Swiss Arbitration Centre is proud to be a supporting organisation of the 17th Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court – CIETAC Chinese (Mainland) National Rounds, taking place from 7–11 April 2025 in Chengdu, China. This prestigious competition, hosted by CIETAC Hong Kong Arbitration Center, brings together leading law students, arbitrators, and academics to engage in investment arbitration advocacy at the highest level.

As the oldest and most renowned moot court competition in the field of investment law, the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court (FIAMC) has become a key platform for fostering legal excellence and cross-border collaboration. The event continues to expand, attracting top Chinese universities and prominent arbitration practitioners from around the world.
