Summary

ASA Local Group Vaud kicks off their year of events with an insightful discussion on “Appeals to the Swiss Federal Tribunal in International Arbitration – Selected Aspects”, featuring Olivier Carruzzo, Clerk at the First Civil Law Court of the Swiss Federal Tribunal, responsible for drafting arbitration-related decisions in French.

Date & Time: Wednesday, 2 April 2025, from 17:30 to 19:30

Following the presentation, a panel discussion will be led by the co-chairs of the ASA Local Group Vaud:
