Swiss Arbitration Welcomes the Swiss Chamber of Commercial Mediation (SCCM) as a Family Member
Swiss Arbitration, the Swiss platform for arbitration and mediation under the leadership of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), is excited to announce at the General Meeting of ASA on 27 September 2024, that the Swiss Chamber of Commercial Mediation (SCCM) joins the Swiss Arbitration platform, and mediator profiles are integrated into ASA Profiles.
When Felix Dasser took over the presidency of ASA in 2020, his goal was not only to restructure the Swiss arbitration landscape by developing the concept of Swiss Arbitration and ASA as its leading organisation, but to also integrate the community of Swiss commercial mediators into the platform.
At the recent General Meeting of ASA, Felix Dasser was able to report that this goal is now achieved.
Key Features of the Integration:
- New Swiss Arbitration organisation: The SCCM is now presented as one of the key organisations of Swiss Arbitration, alongside ASA, the Swiss Arbitration Centre and the Swiss Arbitration Academy.
- Expanded Network: Users can now access a diverse range of mediation and arbitration professionals in one place: ASA Profiles.
- Simplified Access: Users can easily navigate and find the right experts for their dispute resolution needs.
“We are thrilled to integrate mediator profiles into our ASA Profiles platform” says Felix Dasser. “This development reinforces our commitment to promote mediation as a method for resolving commercial conflicts in Switzerland and abroad.”
Julia Jung, representing SCCM at the ASA General Meeting adds: “We are convinced that this collaboration meets parties’ and counsels’ need to search a diverse pool of commercial mediators. I would like to thank Felix Dasser for his warm welcome and generosity.”adds: “We are convinced that this collaboration meets parties’ and counsels’ need to search a diverse pool of commercial mediators.
