ASA below 40 Spring Seminar 2024

The ASAbelow40 Spring Seminar, hosted at the Hotel du Parc des Eaux-Vives in Geneva and ASA below 40 co-chairs, Daniel Durante, Nadja Al Kanawati, and Nino Sievi, will feature three panels with a line-up of esteemed speakers: “Early Dismissal & Preliminary Determination,” “Lessons Learned from Institutional Expedited Procedures,” and “Brave (New?) Ideas – Need for Speed and Compliance with Due Process.” Attendees can expect insightful discussions on key arbitration topics and networking opportunities.
