Bär & Karrer’s Session on Setting Aside Proceedings
On 31 January 2024, Bär & Karrer will host an Arbitration Focused Session as part of the Swiss Arbitration Summit. This session aims to provide a comparative analysis of setting aside proceedings in Germany, the UK, France and Switzerland, discussing the latest trends and developments in these jurisdictions. Leading practitioners Johanna Wirth (Hengeler Mueller, Berlin), James Freeman (Allen & Overy, London) and Roland Ziadé (Linklaters, Paris) will share insights from recent case law, moderated by Nadja Jaisli and Cinzia Catelli (both Bär & Karrer, Zurich).
