Summary:  Join the New York International Arbitration Center (NYIAC) and the Swiss Arbitration Centre for a special joint New York event. We will feature a collaborative panel discussion on “New York and Swiss Perspectives on Arbitration: The Interplay of Arbitral Proceedings and Awards with the Courts.” Panelists will explore the nuances of setting aside and enforcing arbitral awards in New York and Switzerland in parallel with evidence gathering and discovery, interim measures, and arbitrator challenges, showcasing how arbitral practice varies between the two jurisdictions.
